At 1500 square feet, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms + loft), 3 bathrooms, and a 5 minute walk to the slopes or town, this condo meets every need. Here is a quick snap shot of sleeping arrangements:

- Living room with Queen sleeper sofa and one non-sleeper sofa
- Infants and small children are welcome to share their parents bedrooms at no additional cost. There is plenty of room to bring your travel cot / pack-n-play for your little one

Lower Level
The master bedroom has a large king bed, fireplace, and its own HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and HDTV.Both bedrooms have amazing views of the pines and snow. The lower level includes a full bathroom with 6-person steam shower – perfect after a long day on the slopes!
Main Level
On the main level is the living and dining areas and another bathroom. The gourmet kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, and other essentials you could need. The dining room has a large farm table and its own fireplace to keep you warm. The living room has two large couches (one pull-out) and a reclinable chair. When you tire of the amazing views, an HDTV with cable, streaming, and over 100 movies is available.
Loft
A spiral staircase leads to the large loft area that has 3 beds – one queen and two twin beds. A full bath and television allows the kids/teenagers to self-contain themselves while parents relax downstairs.
Location, location, location!
Park your car or take a shuttle from the airport and the rest of your stay walkable. In the winter, it is a 5 minute to walk to the Quicksilver Superchair and the ski school. Quicksilver offers access all of the Breckenridge resort ski trails. Best of all, avoid paying resort prices for lunch by coming home to the condo midday. Main Street is also a 5 minute walk and offers dozens of dining options, shopping, playgrounds, and grocery stores. The pool and four hot tubs are below the condo balcony and offer a great way to relax after a hard day of activity.
